As part of our regular improvements to our products, upgrades to our systems are requiring the creation of additional DICOM Servers.
Because of this change, some customers whose firewall's allowlist, whitelist, or passlist are managed by IP address may need to update their firewall rules to allow communication to these new servers.
The new DICOM address will be within the following IP address block: 20.84.204.224/29. This will be an addition to your allowlist entries, including your current DICOM entries.
To prevent service disruptions to your imaging solution, please add this IP address range to your allowlist immediately. this change must be completed by your IT/System Admin no later that 11/16/22.
