Connection Errors in XVWeb

Resolved
Beginning shortly after 3:05pm EDT, multiple systems within the XVWeb environment began failing to connect to Database Servers in Azure.

This network degradation caused various issues, including:
- XVCapture/DCV errors when forwarding/querying for images
- Slowness/Failures on the XVWeb Login screen
- Slowness/Failures on the XVWeb Patient/Image Query screen
- Slowness/Failures loading images on the XVWeb Image View screen

The problems subsided shortly after 3:19pm EDT.

The Planet DDS Cloud/Infrastructure Team is continuing to investigate and will provide a Root Cause Analysis once known.
